What does "your price never increases" actually mean?
When you sign up for NOVA, your monthly rate locks in permanently. If we raise prices for new clients, your rate stays exactly where it started. Clients who started at $1,000/mo in 2023 are still paying $1,000/mo. Long-term clients get rewarded — not repriced.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, and no hidden costs. Your first monthly payment is the only payment until the next billing cycle.
What happens when my Quarterly or Semi-Annual term ends?
Your plan automatically renews for the same term at the same rate. We'll notify you before renewal. You can cancel, downgrade, or upgrade at the end of any billing period — there's no penalty for switching plans.
Can I cancel the Foundation (month-to-month) plan anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month means exactly that. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
Can I switch plans after I start?
Yes — you can upgrade to a longer commitment at any time. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. If you're on Foundation and want to lock in the Quarterly Performance Guarantee, just ask and we'll apply it to your next 90-day window.
Which plans include the Performance Guarantee?
Both the Quarterly and Semi-Annual plans include the Performance Guarantee — just with different measurement windows. On Quarterly, the benchmark is met at Day 90. On Semi-Annual, it's measured at Month 6. The benchmark is the same on both: +10 percentage points in Top-3 Google Maps coverage on at least one primary tracked keyword agreed upon during onboarding.
How does the live dashboard unlock at Month 2?
The live performance dashboard connects to your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics 4, and Facebook metrics. It's available from Day 1 in your client portal, but the month-over-month comparisons become meaningful starting in Month 2. We consider it "unlocked" when there's real baseline data to compare against — which is Month 2.
